1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SensusaiTrend, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

SensusaiTrend provides AI-driven technical analysis of financial markets. The app analyzes market data across multiple timeframes and instruments to generate trading signals, entry zones, take-profit, and stop-loss suggestions.

The service is available through the iOS application with optional subscription plans that unlock additional features and usage limits.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

SensusaiTrend offers auto-renewable subscription plans:

• Monthly Subscription: $5.99/month — provides 5 analyses per day.
• Yearly Subscription: $59.99/year — provides unlimited analyses.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen subscription plan.

Prices are in USD and may vary based on your region. Prices are subject to change without notice, though any change will not affect an active subscription until its renewal date.

4. Free Usage

Free users can perform up to 5 analyses without a subscription. Once the free usage limit is reached, a subscription is required to continue using the analysis features.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You can manage or cancel your subscriptions by going to your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions after purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. SENSUS AI - FZCO does not directly process refunds for App Store purchases.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• use the app for any unlawful purpose;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app's services or systems;
• redistribute, resell, or sublicense the service without authorization;
• use automated scripts or bots to access the service.

7. Investment Disclaimer

SensusaiTrend does not provide financial advice. All analysis, signals, and suggestions are for informational and educational purposes only and should not be construed as investment advice.

Trading financial instruments carries significant risk. You should carefully consider whether trading is suitable for you in light of your financial condition. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

SENSUS AI - FZCO is not responsible for any trading losses incurred through the use of this application.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of SensusaiTrend — including but not limited to design, code, graphics, analysis algorithms, and trade signal methodology — are owned by SENSUS AI - FZCO and are protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SENSUS AI - FZCO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• your use or inability to use the service;
• any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the analysis or signals;
• any unauthorized access to or use of our servers;
• any interruption or cessation of the service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the app after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
